What sets us apart — the Morphomer™
Morphomers are reactive intermediates that crosslink or cure when combined with other formulation components in such products as adhesives, coatings, inks, and 3D printing. While the name implies change, the transformation made allows our process controls to create consistent reproducible properties in formulated products before and after cure. Specifically, our urethane methacrylate oligomers undergo free radical polymerization in UV, EB and peroxide initiated systems.

Adhesives
Our Acrylate and Methacrylate Morphomers™ range from hard-tough to flexible-high tack. Products suitable for bonding aluminum, zirconia filled composites, glass, and flexible packaging laminates.
Coatings
We offer Morphomers™ suitable for highly abrasion resistant floor coatings, conformal coatings of electronic circuit boards, fingernail cosmetic products, and overprint varnishes.
Inks
From ink jet to hot stamped transfer; die marking to fabric, at low concentrations a Morphomers™ can confer the performance difference.
3D Printing
From the rigid yet tough high Tg UDMA to low modulus, low Tg high elongation elastomeric oligomers, Morphomers™ are available for formulation of a broad range of properties for 3D stereolithography.
